City Council meetings are held on the first and third Saturdays of each month at 2:00 p.m., at Constitution Halll, 2000 Capital Blvd. Meetings are open to the public.

City Council meeting notices are posted at the office of the City Clerk, 2000 Capital Blvd., south wing. Minutes and other notices are posted at the office of the City Clerk, 2000 Capital Blvd., south wing; Headley Hall, 2100 Mansion Drive; and Rukmapura Park Hotel, mailbox area, west of the hotel.
